End the stabbing pain
Arch, heel and ankle support for the first step out of bed and the last hour of a long day.
Your arch, heel, and ankle carry every step. ZaTech graduated compression adds targeted arch lift, a firm plantar fascia and heel, and ankle support so the first steps of the morning and the last hours of a long shift feel easier. See how it works, then compare the four styles.
Who it's for
Morning first steps
Start the day on an arch and heel that are already supported.
Daily plantar fascia support
A firm, even hold under the arch and heel, from the morning and through the night.
Tight arches and tender heels
A snug, supportive base for the plantar fascia for everyday movement.
How arch and heel support works

Arch lift and plantar fascia support
Your arch works like a spring, and the plantar fascia is the band that helps hold it up.
The plantar fascia runs along the sole from heel to toes and takes load with every step. The ZaTech footbed band wraps the arch and gives it external support, so the foot sits in a steadier position each time you load it. That is why arch support is the first thing many people look for when their feet feel sore at the start or end of the day.

Support from the first step
The first steps after waking are when the foot often feels stiffest.
Put a pair on before your feet hit the floor, so the arch and heel start the day supported by even, graduated compression. You can also choose to sleep in them; it may make the first steps of the morning feel easier. Choose a size that feels comfortable rather than tight, and take them off if you feel any discomfort.
In practiceKeep a pair close by so they are on before that first step.

Graduated Compression
Graduated compression is firmest at the arch and ankle and eases gradually up the leg.
That shape gives the foot and ankle a snug, even hold with no tight band at the top. People who spend long days on their feet often choose compression because it may help support circulation and ease the heavy, puffy feeling in tired legs at the end of the day. People describe lighter, less tired legs.
In practiceBetween sizes, size up for everyday comfort or down for a tighter fit.

A steadier, natural stride
When part of the foot is tired, the way you walk can change.
A snug, supportive fit gives the foot a stable base, so each step feels more even and confident. That helps the foot get back in a natural position and shape which can alleviate discomfort. A steadier base is also why many people choose compression for relief and recovery, daily routines, walking, and long shifts.
In practiceWear them with the shoes you already own; the fit works inside everyday shoes.

Common questions
When should I put them on?
Put them on before you get out of bed, or as early in the day as you can, so the arch and heel are supported from the first step.
Are they meant for all-day wear?
Yes. They are designed for all-day wear, from the first step of the morning to the end of a long shift or workout.
Can I sleep in them?
Some wearers do. If you try it, choose a size that feels comfortable rather than tight, and take them off if you feel any discomfort.
Which height should I choose?
Low Cut stays out of sight in sneakers and loafers, Quarter Cut is the most versatile arch and ankle support, Merino suits boots and cold days, and Knee High carries compression up the calf. The comparison above shows them side by side.
What size should I order?
Sizes run from Small to XX-Large by shoe size. Between sizes, size up for everyday comfort or down for a tighter fit; for wide feet, go one size up. The Sizing and Care page has the full chart.
How do I wash and care for them?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with warm water and neutral soap, and skip the bleach. A low-temperature dryer cycle is fine; stretch the socks gently by hand afterwards to restore their shape. For Merino, we recommend hanging them to dry.
