Shipping policy

The Shipping Policy describes how we handle shipping to provide the merchandise to you, the consumer.

We offer Free Standard shipping on most products within the United States. It usually takes 4-5 business days under normal circumstances. You will have an option to select Expedited Shipping at check out at your expense. The rate for Expedited Shipping will be displayed before you check out so you can adjust your preferences.

Presently we have teamed up with Amazon Fulfillment Services to ensure speedy and easy delivery. It is normal to have items of the same order processed from different warehouses which may result in different timing of delivery. For example - if you purchase three items two may arrive together and one may arrive as a separate shipment a day or so later.

We are constantly working on ways to improve our shipping and delivery services,  so we may add and use additional and different fulfillment channels as business environment changes. 

The carriers and specific delivery services may change according to the fulfillment channel that is used. 

Our shipping rates are subject to change and ZaTech USA, LLC reserves the right to update the shipping rates and methods without notice. You will always know any associated shipping cost related to your purchase prior to completing the checkout process.
